Declaration of Interim Dividend

The Directors of JZ Capital Partners Limited have declared that an interim dividend of 3.5 cents per share and a special dividend of 3.0 cents per share will be paid on 25 November 2011 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 October 2011, having an ex-dividend date of 26 October 2011.

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 28 October 2011.

Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividends in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
