Directors Shareholding

On 23rd June 2009 the Company was notified that Mr David Macfarlane, a Director, subscribed for a further 140,000 Ordinary shares of no par value, fully paid, in the Company, at a price of 42p per share. 

Following this announcement Mr. Macfarlane holds 200,000 Ordinary shares in the Company, equal to 0.09% of the Ordinary share capital.
