Dividend Declaration

Further to the results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2014 announced this morning, the Directors of the Company confirm that the final dividend for the year to 30 June 2014 of 2.2 pence per Ordinary share will be paid on 8 December 2014, subject to shareholder approval. The record date for this dividend is 14 November 2014.
