The following notification made in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation relates to a sale made by Rodney Cook, Group Chief Executive Officer who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities who has sold 407,868 Ordinary Shares that vested under Just Retirement Group plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan and 130,000 Ordinary Shares that vested under Just Retirement Group plc 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
