NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

On 20 May 2016, the Company paid an interim dividend to all registered shareholders on 6 May 2016 at the rate of 1.1 pence per ordinary share.  The Company has been notified that on 20 May 2016, the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plans ('SIP'), purchased ordinary shares in the market to be held under the SIP as Dividend Shares.  Details of the number of Dividend Shares issued to the Company's Executive Directors (being Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility) are shown below:
