NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

On 14 May 2015 the Company paid an interim dividend for the year ending 30 June 2015 to all registered shareholders on 17 April 2015 at the rate of 1.1 pence per ordinary share.  The Company has been notified that on 14 May 2015, the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'), Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, purchased ordinary shares in the market at a price of 176.0 pence per share to be held under the SIP as Dividend Shares.  Details of the number of Dividend Shares issued to the Company's Executive Directors (being Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility) are shown below:
