Posting of Subscription Reminder

The Board of the Company announces that it has posted a letter to remind shareholders of their right to subscribe for new Ordinary shares on 1 April 2016 at a price of 152.35p, on the basis of one new Ordinary share for every ten Ordinary shares held.

In addition, copies have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Completed forms should be returned to Capita Asset Services, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU by no later than 3pm on Wednesday, 30 March 2016.
