The Board of the Company announces that it has posted a letter to remind shareholders of their right to subscribe for new Ordinary shares on 1 April 2015 at a price of 145.0p, on the basis of one new Ordinary share for every ten Ordinary shares held.

In addition, copies have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
