Jupiter Green Investment Trust plc

Pursuant to Listing Rule 15.6.8R, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') announces that, as at 30 June 2013, it did not have any holdings in other closed-ended investment funds (including listed investment trusts) which themselves do not have stated investment policies to invest no more than 15% of their total assets in other closed-ended investment funds (including listed investment trusts).
