The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 16th
October 2006 was £26.740 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have been
102.10p and the undiluted net asset is estimated to have been 102.50p.
