The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 31st
January 2007 was £30.135 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have been
110.87p and the undiluted net asset is estimated to have been 112.91p.
