Issue of Equity

The Company announces the allotment on 29 September 2006 of 456,000 Ordinary
shares of 0.1 pence each under its block listing facility. The issued share
capital is now 26,088,920 Ordinary shares.

The shares were issued for cash at a price of 101.1505 pence per Ordinary share.
The diluted net asset value per Ordinary share as at the close of business on 27
September 2006 was 99.6557 pence per share.
