Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") received notification from
Jupiter Asset Management Limited (`Jupiter') that following a recent transaction
Jupiter has an interest in 3,231,816 Ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 12.11% of the issued capital of this class of share.
