Holding(s) in Company

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ("The Company") received notification  today
from The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that, as a result of the
Company's  recent  buy back for cancellation of Ordinary  shares,  they  have  a
notifiable interest in the Company of 1,399,824 Ordinary shares which represents
3.03% of the total voting shares in issue.
