Jupiter Green Investment Trust plc (the "Company")

Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2014

The Directors of the Company have today declared an interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2014 of 1.1 pence (net) per Ordinary share.  The interim dividend will be paid on 25 July 2014 to those Ordinary shareholders on the register as at 27 June 2014. The ex-dividend date is 25 June 2014.
