Director/PDMR Shareholding

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') has received notification
from Perry Crosthwaite, a director of the Company, that he has purchased 35,006
Ordinary shares in the Company at 86p per share.

Following this purchase he is now interested in a total of 125,000 Ordinary
shares, representing 0.03% of the total voting rights in the Company.
