                            Cancellation of Warrants


Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that an application
has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the Warrants in the Company, which
expired on the 31 July, being the last date on which warrant holders could
subscribe for Ordinary shares in the Company, to be cancelled from the Official
List and trading on The London Stock Exchange with immediate effect.
