The issuer has made the following amendments to the 'Holding in Company'
announcement released today at 12:07 under RNS No 0859R.

Skandia Life Assurance Company Limited purchased 1,400,000 ordinary shares and
not 140,000 as previously stated.

The total holding is 2,186,400 ordinary shares representing 7.53% of the issued
share capital and not 1,886,400 and 6.50% as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notice today from Skandia Life Assurance Company Limited that following the
purchase of 1,400,000 Ordinary shares in the Company on 13th September, 2000,
they hold a total of 2,186,400 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.53%
of the issued share capital of that class.
