Jupiter International Green Investment Trust plc ('the Company') received
notification from BFS Absolute Return Trust Limited ('BFS') today that following
a purchase by BFS of 415,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company on the 6th November
2000 they hold 2,792,300 Ordinary Shares, being 9.615% of the issued share
capital of that class.
