Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notice from BFS Investments PLC ('BFS') today that following the purchase of
1,000,000 Ordinary shares in the Company by BFS Absolute Return Trust Limited
on 12th September 2000, discretionary clients of BFS now hold, in aggregate,
5,323,589 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 17.49% of the Ordinary
shares in issue.
