Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notification from Jupiter Asset Management Limited ('JAM') today that
following the purchase of 415,000 Ordinary shares in the Company by JAM on 6th
November 2000, they now hold 5,313,300 Ordinary shares in the Company
representing 18.3% of the issued share capital of that class.
