Judges Scientific plc ("Judges Scientific", "Judges" or the "Company")

Exercise of warrants

Judges Scientific, the parent company of a group that specialises in the design, manufacture and sale of scientific instruments, announces that 133,564 warrants granted by the Company in 2005 (the "Warrants") have been exercised by the holders on 20 May 2010. Each warrant entitled the holder to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share in the Company at an exercise price of 100p.

Application has been made today for the 133,564 new Ordinary Shares ("New Shares") issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 May 2010. As a result of the issue of the New Shares, the issued share capital now comprises 4,174,242 Ordinary Shares.
