The Company has been informed that following the sale of shares Artemis Special
Situations within Artemis Investment Management Limited, no longer has a
notifiable interest of shares in the company.



The Company has also been informed that Artemis Investment Management Limited
and certain of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest of 342,151
shares representing 9.88% of the issued share capital of the company and that
the beneficial owner is Institutional Special Situations.
