Judges was notified on 13 January 2005 that, following the purchase by
NewFortress Limited of 50,000 ordinary shares in Judges and the transfer by
London Capital Limited to NewFortress Limited of 105,264 ordinary shares in
Judges, NewFortress Limited holds 155,264 ordinary shares in Judges representing
7.37 percent of the Company's issued share capital and London Capital Limited no
longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
