Director's Interests and Grant of Options

The Company announces that, on 24 September 2007, it granted options over an
aggregate of 49,000 Ordinary Shares, comprising options over 14,000 Ordinary
Shares under the Company's Unapproved Plan and options over 35,000 Ordinary
Shares under the Company's Approved Plan of which options over 10,000 Ordinary
Shares were granted to Ralph Cohen, Finance Director of the Company.  The
options are exercisable between three and 10 years from the date of grant at an
exercise price of 94p per share.

Ralph Cohen already holds options over 37,000 Ordinary Shares which were granted
under the Company's Unapproved Plan.
