The Company was informed today that Ralph Elman, Finance Director, purchased
20,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 26 September 2005 at a price
of 99p per share.  In addition to these shares, Ralph Elman is beneficially
interested in 208,333 convertible redeemable shares of 1p each in the Company.
