The Company announces that Ralph Cohen, Finance Director, has on 3rd October
bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 100p per share.  Mr Cohen therefore,
has a beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.28% of the
Company's issued share capital and Total Voting Rights.  Mr Cohen also holds
options over 47,000 Ordinary Shares.



The current issued share capital of the company is 3,560,878 Ordinary Shares and
no shares are held in treasury.
