               Clarification of recent notification of holding


Further to the announcement on 16 November 2005 regarding Artemis Investment
Management's interests in the Company, the Board of Judges Capital wishes to
confirm the following:

Artemis Institutional Special Situations has an interest of 342,151 shares
representing 9.88% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, Artemis Aim VCT 2 PLC holds 250,000 shares in the Company
representing 7.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
