The Company announces that, pursuant to the recent acquisition of UHV Design
Limited, application has been made for the admission of 98,522 ordinary shares
of 5p to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Trading is expected to commence on
Monday 6 March 2006.  Following this admission, there will be 3,560,878 Ordinary
Shares of 5p in issue.
