The Company announced on 19 September 2002 that, subject to due diligence and
final Board approval, it had entered into a joint venture agreement with
Canadian TSX listed East West Resource Corporation on the Goodfellow-Fallis
property in Canada. At this time the Company's Board of Directors has elected
not to progress with the agreement.  Jubilee Platinum has not incurred any costs
in relation to this joint venture.

The Board of Jubilee Platinum further announces that the year end accounting
reference date for the Company is 30 June.

Therefore, the maiden audited accounts for the Company will cover the 13 month
period ended 30 June 2003 and these will be due for publication by 31 December
2003.  The Company will make a half yearly report for the period ended 31
December 2002 no later than 31 March 2003.

The Company's two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Resource Development Corporation
Ltd (RDCL) and Dullstroom Plats (Pty) Ltd, will change their year ends from 31
March to 30 June to accord with the Company's year end.
