                                 Result of AGM

Jubilee announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held in London
on 26 November at 10:00am, all resolutions were passed.

During the meeting, CEO Colin Bird also advised that following the Company's
recent capital raising, a project manager has now been appointed and an
independent contractor selected, to commence a bankable feasibilty study on the
Company's flagship Tjate project.
