                                ISSUE OF SHARES

Jubilee Platinum PLC announces that Chris Molefe, Non-executive director of the 
Company, exercised options over 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 
28p per share.  Mr Molefe subsequently sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p at a 
price of 94.875p per share.

In compliance with Rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
