The Board of Jubilee Platinum plc ('the Company') received notification today,
in accordance with part IV of the Companies Act 1985, that there has been a
change in the holding of Fidelity Management and Research Company (FMRCO) in the
Company's equity.  Prior to the change, FMRCO held 5,337,821 shares
(representing 7.63% of the Company's share capital).  FMRCO currently own
4,837,821 shares in Jubilee Platinum plc, representing  6.92% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
