The Board of Jubilee Platinum plc (the 'Company') received notification on the
8th November 2007, in accordance with part IV of the Companies Act 1985, that
there has been a change in the holding of Ambrian Partners Limited ('Ambrian')
in the Company's equity.  Prior to the change, Ambrian held 7,635,388 shares
(representing 7.71% of the company's share capital). Ambrian now own 3,135,388
shares in Jubilee Platinum plc, representing 3.17% of the issued share capital
of the company.
