Jubilee Platinum plc (the 'Company') has received notification today, in
accordance with part IV of the Companies Act 1985, that there has been a change
in the holding of Fidelity Management and Research Company ('FMRCO') in the
company's equity.  Prior to the change, FMRCO held 7,786,757 shares
(representing 9.84% of the company's share capital).  FMRCO currently own
5,308,957 shares in Jubilee Platinum plc, representing 6.71% of the issued share
capital of the company.
