The Board of Jubilee Platinum plc (the 'Company') received notification today,
in accordance with part IV of the Companies Act 1985, that there has been a
change in the holding of Artemis Investment Management Ltd ('Artemis') in the
Company's equity.  Prior to the change, Artemis held 3,226,250 shares
(representing 4.08% of the company's share capital). Artemis currently own
3,126,250 shares in Jubilee Platinum plc, representing 3.95% of the issued share
capital of the company.
