Notification of Directors Interests


The Board of Jubilee Platinum announce that Stephen Kearney has been granted
500,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company on 1 April 2003 in
accordance with the Jubilee Platinum Unapproved Share Option Plan resulting in
Mr. Kearney being interested in 1 million options in total. These options are
exercisable between 1 April 2005 and 1 April 2013 at the exercise price of 16p a
share.
