                              EXERCISE OF OPTIONS



Application is being made to the London Stock Exchange and to the JSE Limited
for 100,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value £0.01 each in the capital of the
Company to be admitted to trading. Dealing is expected to commence in these
shares on 12 June, 2007.



These Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.
These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares
of the Company.



Following admission to trading of the above shares, the total shares in issue
will be 82,824,551.
