                       Result of Special General Meeting


The Company announces that the resolution proposed at the Special General
Meeting of the Company held on 11th September, 2003 was duly passed.
Accordingly, the admission of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market will be cancelled with effect
from 7.00 a.m. on 19th September, 2003.
