                                Board Changes



The Directors of JETCAM announce that Clive Daykin, ACA, resigned as Finance
Director and as an employee of the Company on 26 January 2001 to rejoin his
former firm. Ian Ilsley, FCCA, currently a non-executive Director of the
Company and formerly Finance Director, will assume responsibility for the role
of Finance Director.
