                     JETCAM International Holdings Limited
                          ('JETCAM' or 'the Company')

                               Interest in Shares

JETCAM was notified on 3rd April, 2002, that Radan Computational Limited 
('Radan') has purchased 1,760,000 JETCAM ordinary shares, representing 7.4 per 
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also notified on the same date that Mr Peter Radzim, whose
shareholding was held in the name of Heritage Trust Company Limited, no longer
has a notifiable interest in JETCAM shares.

On 22nd March, 2002, JETCAM and Radan announced a collaboration arrangement
under which Radan will take over full responsibility for selling and supporting
JETCAM products in the UK.

Ivan Stern, JETCAM chief executive says 'We are delighted that Radan has
reinforced its commitment to JETCAM and our products by the purchase of this
interest in the Company'
