Cancellation OF OWN SECURITIES

JPMorgan US Discovery Investment Trust plc announces that on 26th June 2008 it cancelled 62,000 shares previously bought in at an average price of 821.84 pence per share and held in Treasury.

Following this cancellation, the Company now holds a total of 245,000 shares in Treasury.

The total number of shares in issue is now 6,591,453 of which the number of shares held in Treasury represents 3.7%.
