The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th April 2018, a dividend of 2.50 pence per share will be paid on 9th May 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th April 2018. The ex dividend date is 12th April 2018.
