JPMORGAN US SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29th April 2014, a dividend of 7.0 pence per share will be paid on 6th May 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11th April 2014. The ex dividend date is 9th April 2014.
