The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Growth & Income plc have declared the following dividend:

Second interim dividend

A second interim dividend of 1.2 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 29^th February 2024, will be paid on 3^rd November 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business September 29^th 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 28^th September 2023.

For this second interim dividend of the Company's year ending 29^th February 2024, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and therefore the whole of the 1.2 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
