JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares at 376.28 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 25,986,022 including 1,400,900 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.81%.
