JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc has today purchased 58,658 ordinary shares at 355.3799 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,073,522 including 1,400,900 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.81%.
