TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc has today purchased into Treasury 160,500 ordinary shares at 487.0 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,132,180 including 664,000 shares held in Treasury at a weighted average discount of 14.68%.
