LOAN FACILITIES

The Board announces that it has entered into a JPY 6,000,000,000 One Year Revolving Credit Facility and a JPY 9,000,000,000 Five Year Fixed Rate Term Facility with National Australia Bank Limited on 23rd July 2015.

The Company may employ gearing up to a maximum of 15 per cent of Net Asset Value at the time of borrowing. Gearing will be used to make investments consistent with the Company's investment objective and policy and for working capital purposes.
