DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20^th December 2016, a dividend of 3.65 pence per share will be paid on 28^th December 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25^th November 2016 (ex-dividend 24^th November 2016).
